Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

At LammaDesigns, we partner with trusted print providers to ship high-quality custom apparel to customers worldwide.

Processing Time:

- Orders are processed and printed within 2–5 business days.

- During holidays or sales, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Time:

-USA & Canada: 5–9 business days after processing

-International: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Shipping Fees:

- Calculated at checkout based on location and product weight.

Free shipping on all orders over $75.

Tracking:

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

If your package is delayed more than 15 business days or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at lammadesignsinc@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Refund Policy:

We want you to love your custom designs.  However, as most items are made-to-order, we offer returns only for items that are defective or misprinted.

Returns & Exchanges:

-We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

- To request a return, please email lammadesignsinc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

- Include photos and a description of the issue.

- If eligible, we will provide a replacement or refund.

 Non-Returnable Items

- Personalized or custom orders

- Worn, washed, or used items

- Gift cards

Incorrect Address: The package will be sent back to us if the courier deems the address you gave to be inadequate. After we have verified an updated address with you, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Refunds:

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
